Refund policy

Gallantino Refund Policy Effective Date: 01.06.2026

1. Digital Services Only Gallantino provides exclusively digital services, including translation, localization, proofreading, SEO copywriting, and linguistic audits. No physical products are sold.

2. Right of Withdrawal — Digital and Intangible Services For digital services and bespoke services performed on demand (including but not limited to translation, localization, copywriting, and content preparation), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the performance of the service has begun.

By purchasing a service in our store, the customer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If the customer does not consent to the immediate commencement of the service, the service will not begin until the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed.

3. Cancellation Window If you wish to cancel before work has commenced, you must contact us within 2 hours of purchase at wacuaw@gallantino.eu. Once the project has entered the active phase, no refund will be issued.

4. Quality Commitment We are committed to delivering work that meets strict premium standards. In the event of a dispute regarding service quality, please contact us directly to resolve the matter.
